Reservations made on AbleLimousineInc.com are not guaranteed until you have received a confirmation from Able Limousine, Inc and must be made 24 hours prior to your pick time or during our regular business hours of 7:00am and 11:00pm., unless you are a registered user of "Able Limousine On Line Reservations" system. Registered "On Line Reservations" users may make reservations up to 4 hours prior to your requested pick up time. If you have any questions please call 1-800-499-3903 to speak with one of our reservation specialists. A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation.


A valid credit card is required when booking a reservation. For your convenience Able Limousine accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, cash or check. A $25.00 service charge will be applied to all returned checks.  All rates exclude two way tolls, parking, fuel surcharge, STC (surface transportation charge) and minimum 18% driver gratuity.


Surcharges
There is a $10.00 per half hour surcharge for arrivals and departures that occur between midnight and 5:00am. There is a $25.00 surcharge for service scheduled Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day, and after 5:00pm on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. Similar surcharges apply to trips occurring on recognized holidays in locations outside the United States. 


Waiting Time
Able Limousine offers a 10-minute grace period for all services except airport arrivals. At the airport we offer a complimentary 30-minute wait period after reported landing of all domestic flights and 45-minute wait period for international flights. Waiting Time charges will be added to the transfer rate and are assessed by the hourly rate of the vehicle and prorated in 15 minute intervals plus any applicable surcharges.


Additional Stops
An additional charge for stops within the same town of $10.00 per stop will be added to fares. Additional stops in bordering towns will be billed at $20.00 per stop added to the higher towns' fare. All additional stop that occur outside of bordering towns will be added to fares and billed at 50% of that locations base rate. All additional stops are considered fare charges and subject to all fare based surcharges. Extra stops are made at the discretion of the chauffeur, unless otherwise advised by the Able Limousine dispatcher.


Cancellation Policy and No Show Fees


Flat Rate Services
A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses will be charged for any Sedan and SUV cancellation that is made less than two (2) hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Boston metropolitan area. All out of state Sedan and SUV pick-ups require four (4) hours notice. A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses will be charged for any Limousine and Van cancellation that is made less than six (6) hours before the scheduled pick up time in the Boston metropolitan area and eight (8) hours for all out of state pick-ups. To avoid a Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost including 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses all Mini-bus reservations must be cancelled a minimum of twenty four (24) hours prior to the reservation in the Boston metropolitan area and a minimum of forty eight (48) hours in advance for all out of state pick-ups. Customers are encouraged to inform Able Limousine of cancellations as early as possible to avoid charges. 

Time Based Services
All Time Based Hourly Services have been guaranteed with a non-refundable deposit; therefore all cancellations will result in forfeiture of required deposits. A Cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost based on the vehicles required minimum hours of service including 20% service fee will be charged for all cancellations that occur within forty eight (48) of scheduled pick up time. Customers are encouraged to inform Able Limousine of cancellations as early as possible to avoid additional charges.


No-Show Fee
A no-show fee equal to the base fare price plus applicable waiting time, 20% service fee and out of pocket expenses will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, call Able Limousine at 800-499-3903 if you cannot locate your vehicle. Passengers should not leave designated locations without first notifying Able Limousine. 


Additional Terms


Any quoted International rate is based on the exchange rate at the time of the booking. The final charges will be calculated on the exchange rate in effect at the time of billing.


Able Limousine does not provide child safety seats. Parents and/or guardians of children traveling in Able Limousine vehicles are responsible for providing and installing child safety seats in accordance with state and federal laws.


Smoking is not allowed in any Able Limousine vehicle.


Able Limousine shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including weather, road conditions and breakdowns.  Able Limousine assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged baggage or personal belongings, or for any items left in the vehicle.
